Adding cmake package configuration

Packages compiled via cmake are encouraged to provide their own "package
configuration" files. These provide information for downstream projects
(i.e., they are like .pc files) in cmake format, making it easy for
external users to find the package in an installation area, check its
version, and most importantly use its targets directly.

In the case of libprofit these files are very simple, as libprofit
itself hides all its dependencies from the user, only exposing itself.
