dev JSI::JSICoder replacing JSI::SchemaInstanceJSONCoder. JSI::StructJSONCoder no longer lives here.

JSI::StructJSONCoder is now ARMS::StructJSONCoder in gem `arms`.
JSICoder no longer takes parameters `array` or `string`. arrays can be represented by an array type JSI class. strings can be encoded by a JSON (or other stringifying) coder.
