Refactor for ControlBar component (#807)

* Major refactor for 'ControlBar' component

* All ControlBar buttons are now individual React components

* ControlBar is now a minimal wrapper for the buttons

* Modified components to pass props into individual buttons rather than Contro$

* Small fix: When running without backend, clicking 'Save' in assessments will$

* Style: capitalised words in mode switching button for Mission Control

* Formatting

* Rename directory: controlBarButtons -> controlBar
