Dev - fixed testing (#15)

* fixed merge syntax in interface.py (#12)

removed merge conflict syntax in interface.py

* fixed some problems related to merge

* fixing some pep8 issues

* test_rsvp_3rd_lsp_two_paths.py model file load does not error out

* test_rsvp_3rd_lsp_two_paths.py model file load does not error out

* got the RSVP unit testing to work via loading model file via list
of interfaces, demands, and LSPs

* further figured out that in rsvp unit testing you have to manually
specify model.rsvp_lsp_objects = set([]) to clear out any references
to other LSP objects.  This makes no sense, but here we are.

* cleaned up testing

* cleaning up testing and pep8 stuff

* fixed unit testing

* adding some safeguards in model.py for duplicate LSPs and demands

* got testing working; need to make model.py validate_model less complex
