clang: Handle unbound CursorKind

After running coala over the linux kernel code I found that some
CursorKinds exist that let the whole thing fail. (Things like a packed
attribute for structs.) Since C is a so horribly complex language there
might be dozens of missing kinds so I'm going for this workaround for
now which will suit most usecases.
