Add Measurement variables to cloud record ignored fields (#200)

Add Measurement variables to _ignored_fields

- Treat this family of variables the same as UpdateTime, as
  they are all created in the database on load but we don't
  necessarily want them being unloaded. However, the
  Python records should be aware of those fields.
