Updating the scripts to run final experiments (fixes #250) (#258)

* Updating the commands

* Generate as many commands for a mission as possible

* Add scripts to 1) create new db.yml from a db.yml and list of valid mutants, 2) see how the model performs on the training data (checking the soundness)

* Remove roll_channel and throtle_channel from state variables

* With some probability generate 0.0 as the value for parameters lat and lon

* Adding seed to clustering script

* Run all operations as many times as the number of seeds

* multithread truth filtering, and remove vz, vx, vy from the list of variables to check in truth filtering

* parallelize preprocess and improvements to runner script

* Saving model score to file

* improvements and bug fixes in the scripts

* Anew script to run learnings in parallel, maximizing use of cpu

* Fixing reading coverage

* edits to the scripts

* some maybe useful scripts

* Adding arducopter:3.6.9 and checking coverage in ground_truth

* Removing unused comment

* Updating tests to remove deprecated function calls to pytest
