More retroputer fun! (QoL improvements)

- Version of block.asm test using high-level constructs
- Refactored devices to allow for unmirrored ports (i.e., writing a value then reading it back doesn't always require equality)
- Refactored batch to slice
- Improved device method naming to pullFromBus and putOnBus
- Fixed incorrect path resolution when importing
- Started work on the kernel itself.
