* Add support for all the modern "goto" requests

- Add support for textDocument/typeDefinition
- Add support for textDocument/declaration
- Add support for textDocument/implementation

* Travis hates me

* Accidentally removed references href

* Helper methods don't seem to run when yielding from them :(

* Fix mypy errors in goto_test.py

* Skip the test if the view and/or file_name() is invalid

* Compactify goto tests a bit

* Attempt at debugging Travis

* Try to get travis to succeed by using only testfile.txt and not goto.txt

* Make flake8 happy
