Use ladder1v1_rating.c.numGames for ladder newbie calculation (#472)

* Use ladder1v1_rating.c.numGames for ladder newbie calculation
(instead of global_rating.c.numGames)

As per https://github.com/FAForever/server/issues/446.

- Added a field to Player for storing number of ladder games
(ladder_games)
- Modified PlayerService.fetch_data to load the field
- Modified Search to use the new field instead of the old one
- Edited existing tests to use the new fields.

And other minor fixes to spelling, etc.

* Update tests/unit_tests/conftest.py (F-string).

Adding an F-string for readability.
