Commit Message

Removing the concept of alternate constructor functions and merging parallel-queue-flow's constructor function in (with a parallelism of 1 by default). Also adding in an options object (which currently only houses the parallelism property). Definitely breaks backwards compatibility and currently a performance destroyer.
