Issue 9 standalone aietes (#23)

* issue-9: added script and standalone package with hello world endpoint

* added option to cofigure response object via cmd line args

* added ability to add custom response via json files as command line arguments

* fixed issue in readme

* changes suggested in PR comments

* removed parameters

simplified standalone interface by removing some parameters
adapted README

* more graceful error handling when reading file
