py/objstrunicode: Initial support for printable unicode chars in repr(str).

MicroPython quotes any unicode character with value >= 0x80 in __repr__.
But that's not what CPython does - it lets the "printable" chars thru.
This leads to spurious differences in MicroPython vs CPython output. Fix
this in Pycopy.

Rules for "printability" are complex (essentially, it's a flag on each
codepoint), so we're just doing best effort to minimize the differences,
not remove them completely, but recognizing oft-used codepoint ranges.
