Fix inconsistencies:
	- exit with code 3 when -h/--help is called
	- raname msg_fmt field in check.add_metric to display_format
	- refactor conversion implementation
	- add support for IEC and SI bytes conversion
	- add check.evaluate() and check.convert_value() static helper methods
	- add support for custom precision for summary and perf data 
	- add constants for status codes and units
	- README improvements
