Use commons parent defaults for coverage.

These are stricter than the overrides that have been removed:

classRatio 0.96 -> 1.0
instructionRatio 0.8 -> 0.9
methodRatio 0.8 -> 0.95
branchRatio 0.8 -> 0.85
complexityRatio 0.8 -> 0.85
lineRatio 0.85 -> 0.9

Removed jacoco travis profile and use commons-parent profile.

Added a pre jdk-8 profile to change the default goal to ignore JDK 8 plugins.
These cause Travis to fail on the JDK 7 build.
