Small tweaks this time round

- improved decoding performance by using a 32-bit long instead of an array internally
- decodeInstruction now also returns the _size_ of the instruction it decoded
- monitor can now assemble and immediately execute code
- monitor can now create computers that will run in blocking mode
- added some perf and inspect options to package json
