=BG= #16 switch exec for execFile when invoking shell scripts

- to ensure `/bin/bash` instead of `/bin/sh`
  - also "This is similar to child_process.exec() except it does not execute a subshell but rather the specified file directly.
  This makes it slightly leaner than child_process.exec."
- In addition, get the URL correct for user/ organisation pages
