Remove use of memory-mapping

It's unsafe in ways that can't be represented by Rust's unsafety system,
and in ways that I don't fully understand, so get rid of it.

This does reduce performance of reading large files - the benchmark sees
full parsing speed drop as plugin file size increases:

- 2% for a 1.1 MB plugin
- 24% for HearthFires.esm (3.8 MB)
- 36% for Dawnguard.esm (24 MB)
- 38% for Dragonborn.esm (63 MB)
