Include `flush` API for memory file-likes

Following the discussion in #124 this adds a `flush` method to
`MemoryIO` and a new `_WriteBuffer` to manage coalescing of writes.

 - A `buffer_size` can be specified when calling `sdram_alloc_as_filelike`
 - File-like views of SDRAM can be closed
