scalike tables, first two queries, start of tests (#314)

* first effort at setting up scalike tables

* remove unused import

* forgot one of my binders aka middle school nightmare

* remove comment

* rename record objects to table, first query done

* CA-308 Pushing stuff that's very much WIP so that we can all look at this to figure out what to do to get it to work.

* remove Sam ValueObject in favor of WorkbenchLibs Model ValueObject; finish up loadGroup query; add first unit tests

* add more unit tests, change insert group members query to work, start renaming/refactoring record case classes for clarity and individuality

* some more renaming, move type binders to centralized location, adjust schema for string user ids

* test support changes for doug

* add second subgroup

* some small changes

* a little more cleanup

* address comments
