style(polyface): Wrapped from_faces_tolerance into from_faces

These really didn't have to be separate methods and, after I ran some performance tests, there was virtually no difference between these two approaches that would justify having them as separate.  To quote the Zen of Python:
There should be one-- and preferably only one --obvious way to do it.
