[FIX] hr_holidays_compute_days: Fix days saving in assignations for non holidays manager

Due to the trick of using related fields for showing readonly info, there's a glitch
saving the number of days on assignations, where all the employees should be able of
putting number of days.

We fix it showing the original field on assignations.
