Enhance 'packageand' matching

Use more precise regex to match 'packageand'. If the packageand
statement is not correct (e.g. '}' instead of ')' at the end)
we don't want to touch it. Also revert fixes that were done in
enhances.spec test case (commit c649d1) as the '}' was there on purpose.
