[dist] Enhance Distribution checking

So, now we can detect `android api` and `archs` and if we have a perfect match, we will be able to use that dist, if not and the requested name of the dist exists, it will be overwrote (as usual)

Also:
  - remove the kwarg `ndk_api` from `get_distribution` (we don't need that because we have already set in `Context`)
  - add a warning in case that we overwrite an existing dist
