Frontend Testing : Add test for backend Saga (#650)

* Add test for 3 action types for backendSaga:
- FETCH_AUTH
- FETCH_ASSESSMENT_OVERVIEWS
- FEtCH_ASSESSMENT

* Added tests for backendSaga
- Added imports from mocks folder
- Added test for type SUBMIT_ANSWER action
- Added general constants to use as mock for tests

* Added fringe cases for tests on actions for backendSaga. Action types:
FETCH_ASSESSMENT, FETCH_ASSESSMENT_OVERVIEWS, SUBMIT_ANSWER,
SUBMIT_ASSESSMENT

* - Finished writing test for FETCH_AUTH action for backendSaga with
fringe case.
- Changed store.dispatch to put in backendSaga

* Ran format

* Fix typo

* Modify describe and test descriptions, add small test to backendSaga

* Changes according to comments:
- Rename describe and test.
- Refactor SUBMIT_ANSWER, FETCH_AUTH, SUBMIT_ASSESSMENT parts of
backendSaga to use guard clauses.
- Refactor SUBMIT_ANSWER part of backendSaga to not mutate state.
- Made state in tests smaller and added expect where necessary to ensure store is not mutated.

* Added negated assertions to check that failed cases do not put actions.
Refactor SUBMIT_ASSESSMENT and SUBMIT_ANSWER to make happy path
prominent

* Removed unecessary comments
