Create the basic process infrastructure for Xgit.Repository. (#6)

* Sketch out initial behaviour module for Repository.

* WIP on repository process.

* Fill in repository process infrastructure.

* Enforce that work_dir must be present.

* Fix a doc typo.

* Xgit.Repository.OnDisk.start_link/1 takes a `:work_dir` option.

* Documentation and API review.

* A little more documentation review.

* Fix up tests to match function renaming.

* Fix Credo warning.

* Fix a doc formatting issue.
