Fix comparison operations in Contingency DSL

In groovy DSLs, we must always perform those 2 actions together :
 * apply the PowsyblAstTransformation, which overloads operators by a call to compareTo2
 * load the expression DSL, which defines the method compareTo2 for basic types
If only the first one is applied, simple comparisons will throw exceptions.
