Fixed Gregorian date issue for AstroCalc (Fix #711)

Updated lower limit for QDateTimeEdit to avoid troubles between
conversion Gregorian to Julian calendar and added tooltips with valid
range of dates info for users.

The good solution for this issue will be reimplement the QDateTimeEdit
widget for support wide range ofr dates and conversion between standard
calendars.
