Don't set the nofile rlimit if the max is infinity

- Subtraction occurred on a negative-integer (enum for infinity) resulting in
  an EINVAL from setrlimit().

- On macOS, setting the limit to RLIM_INFINITY is an error (see `man
  setrlimit`).
