<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/c2cf6e2ef">Enable stage2 hybrid testing in jenkins (and fix some bugs)

Fix a few minor issues with stage 2 in PHP:
* One of the values possible in a KV is an array of KVs; these weren&#39;t
  being deserialized from JSON correctly
* Some type-checking issues with IncludeOnly.php

After these fixes, stage 2 executes in hybrid mode with no errors;
add it to jenkins to keep it that way.
