Major updates for macros and classes

This update re-implements class members as syntax parameters and customizes
a splicing for.

I also added some new forms:
- splicing-with-instance
- splicing-with-instances
- instantiate-out

And some event-based instances:
- EventApplicative
- EventFunctor
- EventMonad

Also, the `class-helper` form has been dropped in favor of the new and more
general #%rewrite macro -- for better bad hygiene!

New macro forms include:
- μ-parser
- mu-parser
- μ*-parser
- mu*-parser
- macro-parser
- macro*-parser

Some quirks in the macro pretty printer have been ironed out, and the linter
has been re-built with the algebraic parsers and no syntax-parsers.
