Start screen update for Destination Exploration (#494)

* Set fixed score limit of 50 points

* Shuffled add player layout

Set up the home page for new layout

* set up check boxes for game options

* Checkboxes push ai to game

* Fixed the tutorial and start game buttons

They were way off to the side so I scooched them in a bit, not really commit worthy but Dr. A needs to take screenshots

* Changed bot names, made checkboxes into radio options, set gametypes group

Made AI players names more bot-like, made the checkboxes into radio buttons and grouped them so that the user can only have one option selected at a time. Still need to tweak the auto delete for if the player changes their mind and chooses a different game type.

* AI players get removed when switching game-type

*STILL BUGGY* pushing this for now cause I gotta make some food, using to radio buttons to change game modes now adds or removes AI automatically except when going from an option with more players to less, for some reason I can't get it to remove the last name.

* first two game modes handle players correctly

* tutorial ends after last instruction

* removed dead code, maxPlayer updates when switching game mode

Slightly more tweaking is needed to get 4 players games switching seamlessly so I commented out the option in the HTML of settingsComponent. The data member maxPlayer is slightly off too but doesn't cause issues unless the user switches between games a lot
