ben-manesAdd getAll to manual Cache (fixes #310) This allows for using a capturing lambda as the mapping function to pass through contextual details. That can only be done in a CacheLoader by using a request-scoped provider, e.g. like a ThreadLocal. Similar work for AsyncCache was done previously for this next release.
