Improve user-friendliness of object_factory (#26)

* object_factory: Add typing annotation on return type

This allows annotation-aware editors like PyCharm to offer relevant code
completion like filter and get_*.

* test_config: fix for when KUBECONFIG is defined in local env

My KUBECONFIG env variable is set to something different, so this test
fails because it compares a hardcoded path to the user's environment.

* test_objects: add missing case: error in object_factory

* object_factory: raise ValueError if kind is not found

Fix hjacobs/pykube#25.
