KYLIN-4046 Refine JDBC Source(source.default=8)

Currently, the function of ingest data from RDBMS(kylin.source.default=8) to Kylin has some problems , in this patch, I want to :

1. fix case-sensitive
2. fix weak dialect compatibility
3. fix mis-use quote character
