Silence OpenCL deprecation warnings entirely

This is a blunt solution, as it applies to all MacOS versions, but
that's good enough for now. MacOS has deprecated OpenCL starting from
10.14 (Mojave), so if we want continue building with OpenCL support we
need to silence these warnings.
