Adding support for Yellowbrick palettes to return colormap (PR #886)

This PR addresses a bug in the resolve_colors function that prevented YB palettes from being used in colormaps. The function now looks for YB palettes first, then matplotlib colormaps; if colors are also provided, they override the colormap. Unit and integration tests are added to ensure functionality.
