* Added Equatable for HyperwalletReceipt to remove the duplicates

* Add unitests for prepaidCardReceipt

* fixed build

* More cleanup and added currency formatter in String extension

* Fixed broken UI tests

* Reverted the scrolling logic because server can return maximum 20 prepaid card receipt each all

* remove prints

* changed prepaid card limit to 20 as per api doc

* fixed some tests

* Added more tests

* Update README.md

* ignored pagination for now

* removed the pagination logic and fixed the broken tests

* Modified the list prepaid card receipt mocked response and some minor changes.
