Fix travis build

Make Sphinx pass
Sphinx choked on the py:arg: arguments. Removing these made Sphinx
pass, but we might want to put them back later.

Use explicit imports in ext.py
The build fails using relative imports.
Change to explicit imports to fix this.

Bump the minimal isort version

Fix imports for Python 3.5
