fix(moveable): Tasks cannot be resized (from the right) in Firefox when the task text is cut off

Under some circumstances Firefox seems to have an issue calculating the right taskOffset when the text span is too long and cut off.This can be solved by calculating the taskOffset based on the ForegrondElement as this element has always the same length as the task should have.

Fixes #399
