fix(popover): the popover now adds a CSS class to the body

We must add a class to the body to hide the overflow when a popover is open. It is the only way to
prevent scrolling. Developers must add the exported iwerk-angular-ui css stylesheet.

BREAKING CHANGE: Developers must add the exported iwerk-angular-ui css stylesheet when using the
popover.
