BREAKING CHANGE: updates to asArray provide intuitive/consistent behaviour

* asArray accepting env-variable with one value (without delimeter) and still ensure is there at least one value passed

* asArray - handling empty vars

* asArray - filter empty strings; added tests for changed logic;

* asArray - added test for array with delimiter as prefix; typo 'delimeter' -> 'delimiter';
