* This js-async transformer in PHP land will be sync.
* All callbacks and promises and async returns have been removed.
* The plan is for this to run using the same TokenHandler class
  that js-sync transformers rely on.
* So, the onToken method is now rebranded as onAny method.
* phan is happy.
