dynamolock: reset last heartbeat time when it is through

The client heartbeat is started when lock is acquired, but it uses
a timestamp (lastHeartbeat) to prevent duplicated starts. This
timestamp was not being cleanup when the heartbeat clockwork stopped,
so locks recently created would not, incorrectly, restart the
clockwork.
