Commit Message

Improve search celery worker setup:

- do not load views which are unnecessary for search
  (should provide a visible speed up in worker start times,
  and reduces the issue with permissions needed as it does
  not touch most of the files now)
- serialize the search task to JSON to make Celery work with
  the new security features as amended in Celery 4.0
- fix the setup instructions to actually modify the copy of
  the celery daemon template in place
