Show translated options in dropdown tasks (#5373)

* Add translation test
Add a test for translated options. Add before() blocks where they were missing from describe() blocks, in order to scope variables.

* Use translated options
Get options from the translations object, not the task.

* Reset changes after the static method tests

* scope mock data to each test block
