Add a zoom option to parent and children, add simplify (#94)

* Add depth option to children() and parent()

* Add parent zoom, child zoom, and simplify

* Add additional tests and polish for PR

* Add additional tests to bump coverage

* Switch from name keywords to kwargs for python2 compat

* Restore formatting to be as close to the main repo as possible

* Rename queue to tiles in children

* Break apart test functions, replace try/except with pytest.raises

* Restore even more formatting
