Commit Message

Remove redundant QA service operations [ECR-3185]: (#948)

Removes the QA service operations that allow to system-test Blockchain
class, as these operations are tested using Testkit. Also,
expands the tests in BlockchainIntegrationTest with some genesis-block
tests.
