Commit Message

Fix README.md so that the package is admitted by pypi.

When genrating a package for Pypi, it doesn't like the
rst file automatically generated from the README.md file.
This patch fixes that.

The problem can be checked with "twine check pkg",
being pkg the generated package, via
"python setup.py bidst_wheel" or "python setup.py sdist".
