Commit Message

Fix bug where `OptimizationReporter` would print cells of varying widths

- Caused by `EngineerStep.name` being longer than the column name
- Columns are now pre-sized to account for the maximum width of the values
  in `Categorical` choices
- Refactored part of `OptimizationReporter.__init__` into two helper functions
- Report of similar experiments found is now printed before printing the
  "Saved Result Files" header
- Tests added for `get_param_column_sizes`
